IV Ketamine Therapy · Bedford, NH
CRNA & APRN-led IV ketamine care for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD — in a private, medically supervised setting.
"Many people arrive here after years of trying medications, therapy, and other treatments — and still not feeling like themselves. You are not alone in that experience."
We meet you where you are — with honesty, calm, and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing. No pressure.
The Science
At Vitality IV, ketamine infusions are administered by CRNAs and APRNs — specialists trained in anesthesia and IV medicine. At sub-anesthetic doses, ketamine acts on NMDA receptors, a completely different pathway than traditional antidepressants — reaching people that other treatments haven't.
Many patients notice a meaningful shift in mood within hours to a few days of their first infusion — an experience that, for those who've waited years, can feel genuinely life-changing.
Results vary between individuals. Ketamine therapy is not a cure-all. Our clinicians review your full history during consultation to determine if this is appropriate for you.

The Process
A confidential conversation reviewing your health history, medications, and goals. We decide together whether IV ketamine is right for you — with no obligation.
In a private treatment room with reclining chair and soft lighting, ketamine is given through a small IV line. You're monitored throughout — most describe it as calm and deeply relaxing.
After your first infusion we review how you responded and build a tailored series — usually six sessions across two to three weeks, with booster appointments available as needed.

FAQ
IV Ketamine Therapy is typically considered for adults who have not achieved adequate relief from at least two antidepressant medications, or who experience depression, anxiety, or PTSD symptoms that significantly impact daily life. During consultation, we review your history to ensure this is safe and appropriate for you.
Some patients notice a shift in mood within hours to a few days after their first infusion. Individual responses vary — a standard series of 6 infusions allows us to build on early responses toward a more sustained effect. We will be honest with you about what the research suggests and what we observe.
You should arrange a driver and plan to rest the day of your infusion. Most patients feel clear-headed within a few hours and return to normal activities the following day. We recommend keeping the evening calm and quiet.
Ketamine at therapeutic doses produces a mild dissociative state — patients often describe feeling deeply relaxed, slightly dreamlike, or removed from ordinary perception. Some find it meditative. You remain conscious and able to communicate throughout. Our team stays present at every moment.
